Clerk's Office The following shall be paid to the Superior Court of Guam upon the filing of documents:

1. Complaint/Counterclaim/Cross-claim. One (1) percent of the amount of the claim for the first $1,000.00 and two (2) percent for all amounts thereafter, provided, that the total filing fee does not exceed the cost of filing a civil case in the Superior court of Guam.
2. Appearance of Judgment Debtor $5.00
3. Confession of Judgment $10.00
4. Appeals - Small Claims to Superior Court $60.00

Officers and Other Service Process

1. (a) For executing process, preliminary, incidental and final of any court, $2.00 plus milage traveled at $0.30 per mile
2. For serving an attachment against the property of defendant, $5.00, together with a reasonable allowance to be assessed by the court for expenses, if any, necessarily incurred for the property.
3. For serving summons and copy of complaint furnished by the complainant for each defendant at $2.00, plus milage at $0.30 per mile.
4. For serving subpoenas, for each witness served $1.50 plus milage traveled at $0.30 per mile.
5. For executing writ of process to put a person in possession or writ of execution, $20.00.
6. For advertising sale, besides printer's charge, $10.00.
