Untimely Filing. Absent good cause shown, papers not timely filed shall be disregarded by the court.

Photocopied Facsimiles Accepted. Legible photocopies of electronically transmitted papers are acceptable for filing. A cover sheet may be used when necessary to comply with G.R.C.P., 10 and 11.
