Welcome to the Supreme Court of Guam’s E-Filing System. Electronic filing is the filing of an electronic document in lieu of a paper original and any required paper copies with the Supreme Court. This electronic filing will satisfy, and substitute for, the filing requirement of a paper original and any required paper copies in this court. Counsel shall continue to serve paper copies according to the additional service requirements of Rule 5 of the Guam Rules of Civil Procedure, unless, pursuant to Rule 5(b)(2)(D) of the Guam Rules of Civil Procedure, a party indicates that the party agrees to accept electronic service.
The e-filing rules, adopted on [date] in Promulgation Order No. ___________, are available on the Judiciary’s website at www.guamcourts.org/supreme.html. The court welcomes any comments or concerns related to the use of the system, which may be sent to the Supreme Court, Clerk’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information, please contact (671) 475-3180/3164.
