Members Information
To obtain a Certificate of Good Standing, showing license date, membership status and present good standing, please submit a Request for Certificate of Good Standing using the form which you may fill out and print or submit a letter which includes the following:
- a written request including your full name, any other names you might have been known as
- date of admission to the bar
- date of birth
- current mailing address
- current phone number
- address or instructions as to where and/or how the certificate should be forwarded
- $20.00 check, payable to the Supreme Court of Guam.
The $20.00 check and the letter should be sent to:

Reinstatement to the Bar
Members who failed to timely pay their dues and have been removed from the roll of attorneys must petition the court in order to be reinstated to the Guam Bar. Reinstatement may be accomplished by:
- Filing a complete and notarized Petition for Reinstatement
- Filing certificates of good standing from all jurisdictions to which you are a member; and
- Remitting payment of delinquent bar dues to the Guam Bar Association
- Remitting payment of the filing fee of $100 if seeking reinstatement of inactive status, or $200.00 if seeking reinstatement of active status, payable to the Supreme Court of Guam.
Petitioners should verify the amount of delinquent fees with the Guam Bar Association. Reinstatements are not effective until the Supreme Court issues a Reinstatement Order.
